Mine was a generally good experience and I would use this company again. They delivered my car in good condition and they were mostly friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is for better communication between the company, the transport operator, and me. No one mentioned there was no travel over the Labor Day Holiday. If they had, I wouldn't have been wondering when my car would be picked up in San Diego. I would use this company again. Prices are good and my car made it to Miami in great shape. I would only suggest better verbal communicaton.
